What Are Your Terms of Service?

PRIOR TO PRODUCTION:
A project agreement will be submitted to Client based on a predetermined quote. All quotes are honored for 30 days. Project agreement is to be signed and returned by Client to BlueFire along with a 50% deposit.

UPON PROJECT COMPLETION:
Once project is complete and approved, remainder of balance is due within 15 days NET. Any extra work requested outside of original estimate will be added to the final invoice.

PROJECT DELAYS:
If production has progressed to the second half of the project, but project has been shelved by Client for more than 15 days, any outstanding balance will be sent to Client and is due within 15 days NET.

• Paypal (Projects that total $500 and over, a 3% charge of total will be applied)

If native files of any project other than logo design is requested, a fee will apply depending on the project. Should a CD be requested, a $25 charge + mailing is added.
